Minutes: 

Dr. Michael Henry, Director of Instructional Personnel, explained that the out-of-field teachers must be properly appointed by the School Board prior to the end of FTE week.  This year there were 187 ESOL and 41 Out-of-Field for a total of 228 teachers.

The Superintendent informed the Board that the item regarding Charter Schools would be on the agenda for October 18th.  He is recommending it be denied.  A brief discussion ensued.
